We embraced the challenge of building our dream home within the constraints of a historic overlay. Working within the 1.5 story eaves we designed cozy guest rooms, a play space we call the treehouse, and a bedroom with soaring ceilings and an en suite bath, through getting creative with dormers.

Life is too short to live in a home that is purely designed for resale; a white box that will appeal to the masses, so we had fun with wallpaper and color. As a result, we find happiness around every corner.
